House Rules + Studio Flow
Here are the nitty gritty details that keep us Ebb-ing and Flow-ing on the same page!
For both memberships & packages, please reserve your space in class ahead of time to ensure you have a spot in class.
Things come up. Plans change. We get it. Understanding this, you have 24 hours to cancel a class if you can’t make it. We’ve gotta stick to our policy to ensure the most long-lasting space for you to continue your pilates practice.
Unfortunately, if you do not show up for class and do not cancel on Walla or notify the studio, this counts as a lost class on your package/membership.
Please do not be more than 10 minutes late to class. This ensures that you have joined the class for the warm-up portion and that you will not disrupt or hinder the experience of other class attendees.
Please silence your phone/watch before class. And in general, we ask that you leave your phone in your cubby. Pilates is a mind/body practice and “shutting out the world” for this hour ensures both you and your fellow classmates have a focused hour of movement practice, void of distractions, to soak up the most benefits from your class!
We will notify you of weather related closures via email and on social media with as much notice as possible. If the studio closes due to weather, your class will go back onto your account. Fear not, friends --your class is not lost!
